We do not sell jewellery

We create it! With access to over eight billion dollars worth of inventory, our jewellery experts are on hand to help you create the design of your dreams. Choose from a range of options, such as precious metals to diamond carat, clarity and colour, to meet your vision and personal taste. We are a digital-focussed store, giving you the ability to preview your design with ease, however, we do also have samples for you to try on if you wish and plenty of educational tools to help you make good and informed decisions.

Our craftsmen are the heart of our business, and with over 200+ years combined experience in making jewellery, your beautiful design is in safe hands. From engagement and wedding rings to incredible diamond earrings and necklaces, our craftsmen are exceptionally well-versed in their field. All of our exquisite custom-made jewellery is made-to-order, meaning that once you are happy with your design our expert craftsmen will aim to create and deliver the perfectly finished piece to you within two weeks.

We wish to be known as an ethical store and being responsible is important to us. This is why we only buy diamonds from internationally reputable sources, our precious metals are fair trade, and we follow a strict code to ensure that our staff are treated humanely and fairly. We have aligned ourselves with respected institutions such as the British Jewellers Association and the World Diamond Council, whilst our gold and platinum are legally hallmarked using either the London or Birmingham assay offices, so they are Assay Assured for your peace of mind.

Our mission

Our story began back in 2012 when the idea of Austen & Blake first originated, with a mission to create unique and memorable made-to-order, high-quality jewellery pieces. We knew that it made no sense to keep a huge inventory of ready-made styles, unlike other jewellery retailers, and that by working efficiently we could increase both the quality of service as well as provide great value for money. After six years of testing the market and receiving an overwhelming response and demand for the product, the concept was turned into reality in 2018. Since then our exquisite made-to-order jewellery has captured the hearts of our customers and has been featured in the press such as “The Art of Luxury”.
