    We are confident that your order will be safe as we use the leading, most-trusted delivery companies. For further peace of mind, your jewellery is insured in the event of loss, theft or damage, until it is signed for.

    If for any reason, you wish to return your order, it is your responsibility to insure your jewellery during transit. Unfortunately, we do not accept any responsibility for any items that are lost during transit when they are being returned.

    Your order will arrive in plain and discreet packaging to minimise the risk of theft. This is in accordance with our secure packaging in transit policy, where our external packaging makes no reference to our brand name or the type of item that is inside. Don’t worry though, your order will be beautifully packaged on the inside!

    For all of our UK orders we offer Free Delivery with Royal Mail or DPD. The service is Next Day from when the parcel has been shipped. All parcels require a signature at the time of delivery and are fully insured until they are signed for. If for any reason your parcel is unable to be delivered, it will be returned to the local sorting office. You will need to provide a form of identification to pick up your order at this stage.

    We want you to feel confident about purchasing with us, which is why we have extended our returns period to the 31st of January 2023 for the festive season from the day your order was dispatched, to give you plenty of time to return your order if you're unhappy. Your item(s) must be in an unworn and pristine condition for a full refund or exchange and with the original tag attached or alongside the product.

    All returns will be assessed by our operations team prior to being accepted. Assessment usually takes between 7-10 days to be processed. Engraved items cannot be returned for credit or exchanged.
