Ask help from others
Asking your partner’s parents, or their best friends is a great starting point. Get their friends and family tocasually try on some inexpensive rings in order to get a rough idea of what the ring size might be.
What if the ring doesn’t fit?
Plenty of people don’t get the size exactly right on the first time and therefore there’s no need to panic; it happens all the time. It’s just a simple case of sending the ring off for a resizing in order to get the perfect fit. We offer a free one time ring re-sizing service for most products bought from us, covered for 30 days from dispatch (and only if the ring is unused and is still in pristine condition). Please note that full eternity rings, as well as bespoke items cannot be resized, owing to the complexity of the designs.
Any additional costs?
If there’s any additional resizing that needs to be done after our one-time 30 day period, then additional charges will apply. This can be as little as £69 depending on the design, and delivery & insurance charges will apply in order to send the ring to us and back.
